No Refund Policy

Heatherverse Unlimited works hard to keep our monthly pricing fair and accessible for small businesses. One of the ways we do that is by operating with a strict no refund policy.

By purchasing any subscription, listing, advertising, coaching, course access, or other paid service through Heatherverse Unlimited, you agree to the terms below.

OUR NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Heatherverse Unlimited does not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated returns for any reason, including but not limited to unused time, early cancellation, dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, or changes in business circumstances.

WHY WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS

We keep our pricing low by running a lean platform and delivering services that start immediately.

Many of our services are digital, subscription based, or time based. That means the work is being performed behind the scenes even when it is not something you can hold in your hand.

Examples include hosting and maintaining your listing, keeping your profile live, providing visibility or increased views, lead generation efforts, platform support, and coaching or consulting time.

Because these services are delivered over time and often do not come with “tangible proof” in the moment, we cannot verify or reverse what has already been provided once a billing cycle begins.

This policy helps us avoid raising prices for everyone to cover chargebacks and refund processing.

WHAT YOU CAN DO INSTEAD

If you are unsure, reach out before you purchase. We will help you choose the right option and set expectations clearly.

If something is not working the way it should, tell us. We will fix issues we can control and help you get the most out of your membership.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

When you cancel, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated on the specific offer.

Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

EXCEPTIONS

We do not make exceptions to this policy.

The only time we will consider a billing adjustment is if there is a verified duplicate charge or a confirmed billing error on our side.
