All physical work is completed by independent local service providers who are not employees or joint venture partners of Heatherverse Unlimited.

2. User Responsibility & Due Diligence

While we make reasonable efforts to list reputable and vetted businesses, users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence. You should verify contractor licensing, insurance, and local credentials before entering into any physical contract or work agreement. Heatherverse Unlimited is not a party to any contract between users and providers.

3. Limitation of Liability

Heatherverse Unlimited is not liable for any disputes, damages, delays, or physical work failures caused by independent service providers. Under no circumstances will our total liability exceed the fee you paid to us (if any) to use the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand marks, design layouts, original copy, directory structural systems, and graphics on this platform are owned by Heatherverse Unlimited. Scraping, copying, or copying the structures for competitive purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising under these terms will be handled exclusively in the competent state or federal courts.
